What are these guys up to now? I'm a massive fan of the 90s, electronic, Future Sound of London but I tuned out around The Isness because the sound didn't grab me. Recently, however, they seem more active than ever before. They've got a never-ending series of compilations of unreleased 90s material out, they seem to have an entire record label operating out of their website and now they've provided a 22-minute remix of Oasis' new single!

What is the AA sound? Is it still the same psychedelic rock of The Isness and Papua Translations or has it altered? I don't know whether to be curious or repelled when Noel Gallagher has this to say:

I think AA still use the awful psychedelic sound that caused me to abandon them post Papua New Guinea translations.
But!!!

Environments has finally been issued, but under FSOL not the AA name, this was the mysterious unreleased album that was referred to as a picture in one of their album covers (Lifeforms or ISDN I cant remember). I havent got it yet but as I am aware its the traditional FSOL sound. Environments 2 has been released also which I believe is a continuation of the old sound. Which is good, as the only new stuff that I liked was the From the archives stuff, which is old not new:p
