The DJ
The year is in full flow already and it’s been a busy start for O´Bir so far. In January the trance lord played 2 massive gigs, first up was Menno de Jong´s hugely successful Intuition night in Amsterdam. JO´B closed the night in style keeping the sell out crowd dancing till the end. It was then onto Sheffield for Jon´s debut at the legendary Gatecrasher, warming up the big crowd before Marco V, Sander van Doorn and John O´Callaghan.
 
Early February saw Jon´s first appearance in mainland Spain, he took to the decks in Santander despite the snow effected journey! From there O´Bir flew to snowy Peterborough for the impressive emerging event ´Elusive´, playing alongside Conspiracy label partner Activa. Last weekend the trance master´s album tour touched down in Derry, Northern Ireland ready to rock the crowd at Bar Zu.
 The Producer - JOB
The new ´Answers and Prophase´ EP is finally complete and has been signed by Paul van Dyk for a release on his world renowned Vandit Records imprint. The release date is TBC but we will bring you the news first in either next month´s newsletter or jonobir.com NOW
Over the next couple of weeks the prolific producer will hit the studio to work on a track alongside a well-known female vocalist (far to early to reveal who yet!) as well as working on a remix and a collaboration. Again, all will be revealed very shortly.
