..and last but not least, tech-trance Melbourne guru (minus the long sheik beard) and esteemed Nexus birthday guest ...

3, 2, 1... SCOTT BATEMAN :D

Over the past 11 years djing Scott has cemented himself as a favourite in the Melbourne trance scene. His unique sound and approach to what he does has seen him invited to play some of Australia's biggest and best festivals and club nights and supported the world's premier international artists at events including Summerdayze, God's Kitchen, Gatecrasher, Ultraworld, Pharmacy, Obsession, Belfast, Revolution and now, proudly boasts and Interview residency.

With a recent move into production Scott has already achieved great success with his collaboration with Steve May – 'Change here for Epping' being released on UK record label '5am Vibe' garnering great support from some of the biggest international DJ’s on the circuit and his remix of Steve Nicks' rock anthem "Edge of Seventeen" set to go even further.

Scott's insistence on doing something different means unique and intelligent set's built on progression, contrast and variety, each track carefully selected for not only how it sounds on it’s own but also how it works as part of the whole.

Combining his roots in techno with his love of trance Scott is an artist that refuses to be pigeonholed in to one genre. His sets incorporates everything from minimal and electro through to progressive, techno and trance in order to ensure crowds are made to move and left wanting more!
