and also rushing upper into super. or rushing upper into more throws!
actually the best part about sf2 is throwing. |

| i'm not really motivated to play 4. i don't like the art style, and ever since the super meter was invented, fighting games have gone to crap. Seriously, wtf is up with you earning a near win only to have someone super your ass? And when you both have supers, both of you guys are usually sitting on your asses. |
