Ok, in a local trance club the other night and the dj was mixing in some early rave stuff, you know, prodigy - charly and orbital - chime, that sort of stuff.
But then he dropped one that i haven't heard of before and it was amazing.

It's got the drum pattern of orbital - belfast and pacific - 808 state (well sounds like them)

But the main sample is this big saxophone riff.

I think this tune is quite famous since our DJ is very scared of dropping anything unknown

I know it's seriously vague but if anyone could have any ideas to what it could be, it would be appreciated, i can't get it out of my head!

Hey without rave we wouldn't have trance

Detriot techno - happy hardcore - trance

And i suppose i should do a top 5 of the moment

1. Dumonde - Godd music
2. Dumonde - Never Look Back
3. Sinead 'o' connor - troy (into the flames) - push remix
4. Fischerspooner - Emerge (hey not trance but it's bangin')
5. Solar Stone - Solar Coaster

Top 5 of all time :

1. Three Drives - Greece 2000
2. Cafe Del Mar - Cafe Del Mar ' 98
3. Atlantis - Fiji
4. Maurice - Feline
5. William Orbit _ Barbers Adagio For Strings
