It's 6:17 am, I'm tired and here's my first draft of my Robert Miles - Children remix.
Still unmastered, but what the hey...
Enjoy.

I would suggest having your volume cranked up for this, to fit in all of the bass.
Feel free to lay on the critique. :whip: |

| Very enjoyable, but i would a bit more on the plucky 8th notes, they still sound a tad cheap, overall i liked listening to it very relaxing. |

For taking one of the most over-played tunes of 1998-99, and having your way with it, good job, seriously.
Very minimal, but I could hear it building up to or coming down from a peak in a DJ set. I think I wanted it to go a nuts at a certain point and a little disappointed that it didn't but, the bottom line is that it sounded cool. |

I like it, but I think the buildups could have used a tad bit more energy.
I think you could have came in with a bassier kick too, starting @ 2:04. Seems like a lot of empty space. Or atleast bring in that sub bassline that comes in at 2:19, earlier. You could have added in some white noise also to bring energy to that first build up like you did at 4:18.
That second part is the best IMO. It has the most energy and really carries the song. Nice electro bassline. I also like that pad synth you introduce @ 5:04, nicely mixed. Maybe you could have added in the piano back somewhere though.
Cool song bro, I enjoyed it. |

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't really want this song to be climactic, so I opted for the mellow, minimal route. Some may not agree it was the wise path. :P Each to his own. :) |

Sure to each their own. I just wasn't sure exactly what you were going after. Anyways, what you did, still works. I was just suggesting ideas, but whatever. |
