I keep mine on all the time because I'm a goddamn communication junkie.
That sounds nerdy as hell, heh. |

Agreed, but I am a little bias.
I leave my phone on, never know when an emergency will happen. |

I keep my phone on - for alarm and incase of an emergency (since its the only way to get ahold of me)
If I recieve and text or call between 1am-7am on a weekday... it better be an emergeny :whip:
Otherwise I dont care... if one wakes me up I tend to fall asleep quickly after. |
ditto.
though the occasional text or voicemail at some ridiculous hour from a sloshed friend at a party is sometimes quite amusing :) |

my phone is always one.
but usually on vibrate. so if i'm sleeping, i normally don't hear it. |

| I rarely answer my phone. I use it to bother others when I have nothing important to do. When I'm busy, it is still on but I let the answering machine deal with the calls. |

Jon, when I skimmed through your post earlier today I thought you were complaining about people sending texts to you in the middle of the night.
I have a few memories of you not going out to a party and people messaging you (I think one time it was Ryan) and then you getting really pissed off, hahahaha. |

My phone is on 24/7, for any reason to occur I guess.
I don't seem to get many calls or texts overnight during the weekdays so I don't really care (the odd one here and there...). Maybe I'm just not popular enough LOL
During the weekends if I'm partying I leave it on all night, if I stay in and want to sleep in I put it on silent and will answer when I wake up :wtf: |

ah yes... that was likely the learning curve I went through and I'm now trying to share w/ others my sage experience...
even now I'll wake up on sunday afternoon and have 3+ txt msgs talking about how great such & such party is, or how insane zone is lol |

| Phone is always on. Txt msgs are set to quiet at night, but the ringer is set to normal. I also use my phone as an alarm. If anyone calls me late at night-early morning, it better be a serious matter...otherwise, it'll be a serious matter! |
