It's obviously not the girls being a reason why you try composing music, innit? So come share your 'why's. Why do some people need to compose music while others just go for listening to it?

For me, its a hobby.

Because nothing gives me more pleasure than creating the very thing I love. For me, there is nothing else like EDM, and I want to be a part of creating that vibe for someone else be creating tracks.

In addition, its a very challenging and rewarding pursuit.

Oh yeah, and I'm already married, so I'm not concerned about the girls part.

^ This.

Also, knowing that people have enjoyed listening to my tracks. And finally the pure fun of experimenting with sound.

it is addiction for me. It's like trying to reach the highest flash with drugs, or the biggest orgasm when doing some things :-) It always starts with a blank page and ends up full of your life.

Why not? What else would I do?

It was never a conscious choice to start making music, it just felt natural. It's quite odd to even have to wonder "why".
