I did listen to the set...and although there were a few parts that I didnt like for the most part it had me dancing. Pretty solid set.
Evan, where do you play like this? This is MUCH diferent than what I have heard at Footwork.
It still bothers me that some people are 'allowed' to post a thread for their sets yet when other people do everyone throws a hissyfit. |

I don't know why everyone's questioning her post?
Big deal. Evan is confident enough in his stuff that he even laughed about it himself a few posts later. He's a big boy, and I'm sure after all these years in the business he can take a bit of criticism. Not everyone has to be nice to him and worship the ground he walks on just to get line bypass or 'hooked up' at the next party he's involved with. I think it's because TOTA has become infested w/ tons of ball washing dj whores. She stated an opinion. We're all entitled to an opinion. It's not like she said.. u're a f@^&$%*& A(*&^%$ douchebag c$&% sucking m@#$%@^ f&$*^# and I wish you were dead... or something like that.
I haven't listened to the set yet (i'm downloading it right now), but there's definitely something I agree with, he's not a n00b and knows better than to start a thread regarding a new set of his. That's why we have our own TOTA DJ MIX - MASTERLIST sticky thread, that has been going strong for years. |

| The reason why the TOTA locals are frowned upon for posting own separate threads for promo mixes is not because they suck (because some here are way more talented than some of the international bigwigs), but because otherwise TOTA forum would be flooded with promo threads. |
