dude no offense to cherry but I would complainn too if every friday/saturday/wednesday/thursday/sunday night at 3-4 am i heard people screaming outside
it's literally steps away from some very expensive condos... people have a lot of sway in goverment... a lot of the ppl living around that place are lawyers and politicians..
wouldnt a new venue fix the problem?
(maybe someone can enlighten me) |

there is a new venue opening up soon right next door LOL, which will be far worse.
all would be fine if cherry was able to get access to another part of the building for an entrance. |

I think it is inevitable that clientele outside of a bar can be a bit noisy. We have taken MANY steps to quiet people down and I think it has. We do try VERY hard to keep out clientele quiet outside, but you can only do so much!
I wonder if people complain about Le Deux Pierrots? Noisiest bar in the city, right in the heart of the old port... |

| dunno if all the relevant details about the situation are being posted but it is odd that theyd want only cherry to close earlier, tribe is a 1 minute walk from cherry and this new place would surely be going up against the same restriction, maybe its someone specific living right next to cherry.. got pissed off about the nighttime noise and figured he'd try to do something about it |
