It's like the Mac Dock.
Back when I had a PC, I had a dock as well.
There are a lot of walkthroughs out there to make your PC look 100% like a Mac interface.

If you want to turn you're computer into a Mac try these sites. they give you step by step process on how to do it:

There are several steps. But you can kind of choose what you want to look like a Mac.
Just Google "Turn my PC into a Mac" and there will be quite a few different guides.

Ugh, enough of this Mac crap.

(Dual monitors obviously, the one on the left is usually obscured by something whereas on the right it's usually clear)
