still at the office at midnight been here since 6 am.
have a date with that office hottie tomorrow at 8am. pretty awesome.
our phone system died here at the office, its pretty cool since the people that broke it are the guys that designed it.
just found out that we lost all call recordings and a laywer needs one.

so i just got home. sup.
the reason i made this thread because i was going to ask you ******s a question, have you ever had support your up? check it out, how this all started was i called the guy who designed our phone system. the phone call was like this
me: "hey man, um feature x isnt working, ive tired a bunch of , can you look into it"
him: "yeah, sec. oh hey, your on an old version, let me upgrade you"
me: "its not gonna blow our up right mang? this is production dude, back it up before"
him: "yeah its stable, ill do it and ill back up cnfgs like you asked"
(does his upgrades, he calls me back)
him: "reboot"
me: "yo mang, server wont turn on at all"
him: "oops"
me "..."
apparently, the new upgrade caused the whole os to go to , nothing worked, non bootable system. pretty cool.
basically had to load everything from scratch and use the backups I SUGGESTED TO DO.
end result?
- lost 2+ years call recordings.
- all my ivr and auto-attances = gone.
- gotta re-record ALL my messages (now all you hear when you call us is my faggy voice saying oh hello, welcome! your call is in que!")
