Fatboy Slim checks into rehab

Otherwise known as Norman Cook, reports emerged that the colourful character entered a specialist clinic on Monday, and it has now been confirmed by his manager Gary Blackburn. “Norman’s gone in voluntarily to sort out his drinking problem,” he said. Cook has been a figure for tabloid gossip ever since his marriage to media identity Zoe Ball, so it’s no surprise that British newspaper The Sun are all over the story. “Norman decided that the only way to kick his booze addiction for good was to check himself into a clinic,” an unnamed ‘source’ was quoted. “He chose the centre in the South of England because it gets good results and is in a quiet location.” |
