I watch [adult swim] and I stream or torrent any shows that I can't view on my own time. Whenever the TVs on it's usually just in the background. |

i ing LOVE this show and watch it religiously
scripted or not... it's entertaining and my guilty pleasure
this season was amazing (i.e. crazy drama)
and according to what they aired on TV (as opposed to what the tabloids are saying)... the first girl never moved to Seattle so the kid saw her twice when she visited only. He also didn't talk to the second girl until he broke up with the first one.
It's all BS but the tabloids are worse BS :wtf: |

I can't fathom how pointlessly inane drama between scummy people is all the substance some of these incredibly popular shows have, if you can even call it substance. Seeing any of these types of programs on MTV, VH1, or wherever the hell they play them always infuriates me.
Reality TV is and has always been useless drivel. |

yea i've had very few "guilty pleasures" and i just cannot get into any of the reality shows. the only ones i like are top chef and then girls next door lol but even girls next door annoys me now. it's just a bunch of ing garbage.
i got into a talk about this last night with my boyfriend actually because he tried to get me to watch some cheesey ass movie about racing cars with hot chicks and a stupid plot (like fast & the furious but something else). i told him that i pretty much have a really hard time watching movies that don't have A-list actors in it with good acting and a strong/interesting storyline. he was acting like i was being too critical but that's like the one thing i'm elitest about and i'm sticking to my guns. i hate on tv and people who watch that garbage kind of annoy me or make me pass judgment on them lol |
