I'm strapped for cash and have never been to Crobar. It would be a 45 minute drive for me and my friends. I've got a free cover with the text and its free drinks from 9-11 for their Anniversary. I've been reading reviews and I can't really derive anything besides its crowded, and I'm guessing it will be extremely crowded for the free drinks. Also, rude bouncers/staff members and guidos galore (the trendy scene) that dance to look good, not to enjoy themselves. Is it worth it for me and my friends? We're chill people, but I don't wanna drive 45 minutes for a ty time. Can anyone give me advice?

People here can attest that I'm usually not pessimistic, but based on your little synopsis you'll probably have a ty time.

You could pre-game there and then head somewhere else.

If you're strapped for cash, then your ass probably should stay home.
