| this is going to be a thriller.. hopefully Trapattoni will come to his senses and move Totti to the midfield and put Inzaghi or Del Piero upfront with Vieri... Nesta will be a game time decision.. it'd be cluth if he could tough it out and play a solid game for us...Matterazi looked horrible against the Croats...been waiting all week for this, don't think i'll be able to sleep... |

all i want is to see croatia make it to the next step :)
but yes. trappotoni should use inzaghi (imo del piero sux bigtime compared to how good he was 4 years ago) upfront with vieri :D |

| Brilliant goal by Del Piero, i was waiting for another offside call  , but they actually let this one count.... and that last 10 minutes of the game was brutal... i'm just glad italy knew a tie would get them through... they had a blackout here because the ecuador/croatia game was on next so they didn't inform us of the score in the other game at all... but it looks like italy's going through *phew* |

MEXICO OWNED the cornuto's this game. :haha: :happy2: :tongue3 :tongue2 :toothless :p
our style of play was far superior to that of the Italian squad which once boasted the best defence in all of Futbol. However, it was LA SELECCION MEJICANA that showed WORLD CLASS defence.
By the way... Borgetti's goal was much prettier and more amazing.
Oh yeah!! by the way....I'm 1/2 Mex. 1/2 Spanish ;) so I have 2 great teams to cheer for. :D |
