Been experimenting with Reaktor lately and while I still have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, I've been having a load of fun mangling samples in it, and this lil ditty came out of both some of that, and also listening to Sasha - Involver for the first time in ages and wanting to do something along those lines. Typically my stuff is more melodic and chord-driven so this is a bit outside my comfort zone, but nonetheless don't hold any punches, I really like this so far but that just means I want to make it better, not that I want people to say they like it. So please listen, and please say absolutely anything you did or didn't like about it, cheers!

nice percs, great kick/clap
I liked the buildup, then the kick drops somewhere, then at about 3 minits I expected some melody/bassline (just something) to come in, but it was only percs and kick that dropped in, then the track goes on for the remaining. I expected a little more, it looks like you builded the backbone for a solid track the the track itself remains absent :p (or maybe it's not my genre) |

yeah ok, this is a risk on sounding very vague. i think this track does what it does quite well but it still doesn't deliver quite through.
or just that you have a really good foundation and the sounds you use are nice and you are taking good advantage of the soundscapes. but the bassline doesn't pack any punch, and the track in general is not that memorable, at it's current stage it would need to be played with something with it. |

Hm duly noted, should be working on it next week so is there anything in particular you thought it needed, different lead, more varied bassline, etc? |
