Evolve is a new concept that will bring a fresh outlook on the normal nightlife experience in Atlanta. Evolve will showcase some of the best djs in the world but to take things to the next level we will be enhancing the events with a full on visual assault. Each Evolve event will look different from the last. Not only will be utilize cutting edge technology but we will provide a full decor experience to change the environment each time you walk into the venue.

Acosta is not using it. Its the name we are using for the night here in Atlanta.

well is Victor Calderone aware of his party name being used???
he uses the Evolve name at all his partys that he spins in the USA
I'm sure DT wouldn't like it some 2nd tier club was using Be Yourself and he wasn't invovled or Lawler wouldn't be too happy with some club using Lights Out as a party name and he wasn't invovled as well |

Please its just a name of a club night with a very common name. Do you honestly think Victor was the first person every to use the name Evolve for a night?
You dont see me getting pissed about Pacha NYC doing a night called Made in Brazil when its a night we started doing at Avalon in LA long before Pacha NYC? In fact we have Made in Brazil Trademarked and we have been throwing the event all over the US for years and recently this past February did the night at Warung in Brazil and are currently working on an extensive US and Brazilian tour with the concept. But I'm not worried about that. |

Who is this guy? Not sure you can copyright the name of a club night. Especially a name so common. Even if he mattered and Victor had a problem, who cares? He'd be an idiot to start something about it.
Anyways, sounds like an interesting concept. I'm not going to be able to make it to Acosta again unfortunately. Been trying to see him forever, but at least he comes pretty frequently. |

at least he called the club 2nd tier and not your business. Although I am sure he thought you were the club. That right there is why I dont go into unfamiliar local sides of TA and start bashing 2nd tiered promoters like Ruby Skye and Made event, or perhaps Disco productions.
I think the only party name that could ever draw a lawsuit would be the above mentioned lights out. |
