| Man everything is so hit or miss downtown there. One street is nice brownstones, the next one over is ghetto. I can't remember ensor street, I just know the general location. From what I remember it is fairly decent the farther south you are in that area. It is a short walk to powerplant, 3 minutes in the cab to federal hill/camden yards. Been almost five years since I lived in that area, sorry little rusty. |
