Not true at all. There is a free app called Poddox that allows music transfers back and fourth. iTunes doesn't allow u to transfer music off of your player, but this one will do it. It currently only supports audio, but they will have video transfer soon.

As an iPhone user myself, Using it as an ipod is . Battery lasts 10 minutes, and it's too ing big to use it working out. Get another player or nano for that. If you want to game buy a console :D

buy an iphone (jailbreak it) money saved on games and apps = profit
I play sets on it when in the subway travelling just turn off the display it keep on in the background.....it never died on me and doesnt drain the battery.....I dont play games for hours and hours I play it for i'd be lucky if I sit down and even spend 45 min in row.

Mine is jailbroke and it's loaded with 8 pages worth of games and gimicky, useless hey look at my cool phone apps.
