Rogers Cable question

Anyone here work at Rogers? How long do they keep your file?
I want to get Rogers again (for my new place), I had service from them I think 7 - 8 years ago. Would they still have me on file? Cause I think I forgot to return my digital cable box way back then.

You forgot to return a digital box 8 years ago?
they recently converted all their accounts to a different system. Just say that you returned the box and you have no idea what their talking about. If your persistent enough, since its been a while back, I dont think theyll charge you or anything. I work at rogers but I have no access to retail related accounts. |
