I personally believe all the Coal Miners in the 60s who died of black lung disease are completely responsible for their plight. Nobody ever held a gun to their heads and said that you needed to be coal miners, and they knew the risk when they signed up.
Sure, the owners of the mines could have exercised more safety precautions, but why?
They're just a bunch of loser carny ups and it was all their fault anyway. |

some are not as lucky as you and some are born into a situation they have no control over or have limited options. In this case living in a small mining town and having a possible family to support there are no options. Do they have anyone to blame, no, but to call them loser carny ups shows a lack of understanding toward their situation. May the smog in California never give you any lung cancer, or actually maybe it will. That would be Karma for you. :toothless |
