I know I'm a newer poster and really don't want to be that girl but your post doesn't add up and seems FOS. Tunnel stopped having a Friday since June '95 when it moved to Roxy for Together, then Tunnel became a bridge and tunnel crowed with all different music, NASA was never on a Saturday at all except for one of the reunions, and old Sound Factory's party with Jr was on a Saturday not a Friday.

My my, so critical! I don't think there's any need to be calling people "full of "

I have met a lot of people like you that bs about parties they didn't go to. I think it is better to just be real. Who cares if you didn't go? There is no need to lie and say you did.

Simmer down. There's no need to accuse people of lying, especially when you don't know them. You've just joined our forum and you're lashing out at people without getting to know them. There's a difference between politely disagreeing with someone and being rude.

You're right and I'm sorry if I was rude but it is very frustrating to see people just not being real. It doesn't promote a positive environment when you have to prove yourself by not telling the truth. I was around then and worked with promoters, everyone knew each other, just a very chill time. Your first reaction when you see it is like, oh cool we might have known each other, then you read more and realize it isn't true. How do you think that was for me?
StarSoprano426
No problem :)

Just bc you may not have known Cris then doesn't mean he's lying about it. I've known him for a few years now and he's been in the scene much longer than I have. Quite the respectable guy, but from his stories of the good old days his saying, "I was too ed up to remember" is probably correct. He may not have been to every party or even gone that often, but he was there. I wouldn't be able to tell you now which nights CORE threw parties in 2007, but I was at most of them.

I have to disagree when it comes to NASA. It is something everyone knew and still remembers as a Friday party because it was a completely different club on Saturday, even used the other entrance. I have many friends who were too ed up to remember some things but not that. People, including myself collected their flyers because the party was that good and the line ups were insane. In case you forgot, you had the flyers to remember.
StarSoprano426
Lol, true. Alas Nasa was before my time.

I have a whole photo album full of flyers. I collect 'em like Pokemon cards, totally nerdy of me :happy2:

I had every flyer from parties I went to but some got ruined when my husband put a box with lotions over that box when we moved. Some friends still have full collections and we have had drunken games of guess the party.

PVD will be my first party, cant wait...

It looks like Ed's got jokes.
