Well yeah, that's because many of them regard the LTTE as their representatives, and their "country" as the enemy which they are seeking sovereignty from.
What I find interesting is that there's at least one banner with a picture and quote from Ghandi, who preached non-violence, while the LTTE is one of the most violent groups out there. |

I noticed that too. There was a few Hezbollah and Hamas flags at the big Anti-Israel rally, but lots of LTTE's flags today. |
