Hidden Files 2 Mp3 Conversion

| You know how you use djmixes2k to download some live sets....and the live sets are broken into files. Well those files are in "hidden" .mp3 format, meaning I cant burn them because they dont show up in my burning program. I was wondering how I can convert those files to regular mp3's, because I cant burn them. It is kinda like when you are downloading a song from AG and your listening to it while it has finished...the song will always be hidden unless you "show all files", and you cant burn it. Hopefully someone knows what im talking about. |

The files are formatted as
blahblahblah.djmixes2k.x2.nu.mp3.001, then .002
Use Explorer to remove the .001, .002, etc off the end and they are regular mp3s. The formatting is just for HJSplit to put the files into one big liveset. |

Just get HJ Split and join the files. Just make sure that before you join, that you have ALL files from a particular mix, and DON'T TOUCH THE FILENAMES BEFORE JOINING! |

Ok for a few files that didnt work....what do i do with those? Is there a place in explorer i can go to change specific files....extensions. It still shows as "003" file...even after changing. Thanx for the help so far. |

| well assuming you want to burn the live set totally joined together as the one track then just use HJ split like ali92 said... theres a link to HJ split at the bottom of the djmixes page.. |

| No i rather not burn it together as one big file....i like the seperate files so i c an flip through the set. |

| Use HJSplit like everyone says and then burn the mix using a cue file. That'll split it into tracks for you. :) |
