lol Sonic. That place has commercials going all the time all over southern California, yet for a ton of us, the nearest one is 30+ miles away! |

yeah every blue moon I see a commercial for sonic and then I go to the web site and type in my zip and the closest one is 5+ hours away. This is when one tear falls out. :wtf:
I guess I got that PF changs place but have not been there in at least a year or two by now. |

But you got 4 Chinatowns in NYC... Without even knowing the prices at Pei Wei, I can say with certainty Chinatown's food is better, in quality and price. |

heh yeah, I don't get why they bother with commercials in places they don't have one in a reasonable distance to the people. |

Last time I was in that area I got some fresh coconut drink and a bootleg dvd. All they use is left over Rats from the Subway made into different meals JK :)
I am a noodle person like Chinese(chow mein) and Japanese (yaki undon) but without the meat or vegtables with egg only. I wonder if anyone knows a good place in the NYC area? |

PF Changs sucks. It is the Chinese food version of the Cheesecake Factory. It dresses itself up rather ritzy when actually it's just a chain. The cocktails are alright though.
Have been to Pei Wei a couple of times and the food is pretty decent and unpretentious. It does the job and at a decent price. I can see why people like it. |

Pei Wei sucks... greasy, overpriced, too salty, not that good... Had some mad greasy farts/s after their food both on City Line and Street Road locations. Never doing that again.
Some amazing Chinese is between 16th & 17th on Chestnut. Can't remember the name of the joint but all their dishes are to die for.
BTW, since you're in Philly - check our Uzbekistan tandoori (kebabs & Uzbeki food) - ing awesome and cheap. On Bustleton and Byberry next to Michaelangelo's. |

I am sure that applies to all fast food restaurants, which includes Pei Wei. :) |

Pei Wei was extra memorable... like a first time trying Taco Bell. |

I dunno about there, but here Pei Wei isn't bad. It isn't really good authentic food from the respective country, but for an Americanized version, I enjoy it. My favorite Chinese food place is in Sacramento run by some Cantonese folks. So ing good. |
