Hello people,

I have a track that is ready for critique if anyone fancies having a listen.

Cheers

Love the music, in this.

The break is a little sparse - I thought some more could possibly be added to make it just a touch deeper. This is a minor concern, and you maintained the groove of the music, which is crucial.

Wonderful development after the break.

The worst thing I can say about this is the mix is crowded. The kick seems anemic - not entirely out of the mix but it could be nudged up a bit to take on a larger role, within.

It just sounds crowded. I want all the parts that are there, to be there, but they need definition and contrast. I wanted the tune to envelope me - the music is beautiful. The mix, however, needs a bit of finessing - something I have trouble with, myself. It almost sounds a bit too compressed.

I would work with panning and pulling some parts back, just a skosh, to give it some space. Some of the tracks might get touched up with subtractive EQ. All-in-all, everything you need is there. It just needs some polish.

Great job. Very pretty. Looking forward to future/finished versions.

Nice big start lots of energy nice sounds too. Good full kick the arp? in the back could do with less depth on the phaser I think but thats just me. I like the music too is there sub bass? im on a crappy system is the saw type sound the bass or one of them? because i like that. Good filtering in this track very trancey. I like the sounds in the breakdown and nice pianos. Nice work

Nice track, I would try and give the bass a little more presence, maybe let a few more highs through. That swirling pad is nice but I think that is what is cluttering the mix, at parts anyway. It seems to lack some dynamics, my only guess would be that there are so many layers that it all averages out the overall volume and fills the spectral and spacial fields. The arrangement sounds good, everything seems where it should be.

I think a little bit more tuning might have you right. Like Eddie said, some EQing might tidy it up. You could try and remove some of elements and make each remaining one a little more significant.

Good stuff tho!
