I'm disappointed in you. I thought you had a strong constitution. I didn't have my first puff on a dart until I was 21, but by then I was well accustomed to it through second hand smoke after working at pubs for three years straight, and absolutely loved it, unlike most first-timers.

After I had my first, I went and bought a pack that night and smoked half of it to myself. After that I didn't have another one for a year. Now, I smoke probably two or three cigarettes during "the work year" when I feel like it, and four or five a day on holidays. I feel no compulsion whatsoever to do it again. Some people just have stronger minds than others I guess. :gsmile:

I had a few smokes a couple of weekends ago, but it doesn't bother me because I know that if I wanted to, I wouldn't have another until the day I die. I just like doing it occasionally; feels great. Social smoking for the win.

What the ?

VINCENT smokes 35 packs a day, and blows smoke rings out through his cock, yet you try and take some kind of moral high ground? Despicable.

being a social smoker is easy if you've never been a smoker. when you've smoked for more than half your life, it becomes a pretty big part of that life.

i have absolutely no self control. even as we type, i am debating whether to go to the shop and get a packet for the weekend.

Point taken, however I smoked a pack a day for a month straight in January 2008. When I stopped, it wasn't with the thought of ", I'm addicted, I better stop." It was more like "hmmm, done enough for this year, next time I feel like it, I'll give it another go." Incidentally that was on New Year's this year.

p.s people who smoke prior to midday are ing disgusting. I hate seeing plebs smoke in their cars on the way to work.
