Taj posts threads for separate events featuring sean tyas and filo and peri and those threads blow up like :crazy:
this user posts an event with BOTH acts on it and it gets no love...
even that aly and fila thread which is 5 weeks old and was Aly-less still gets posts...:wtf:

Want discounted tix? Search groovetickets every couple of weeks for all the raves.
There are a TON lined up far in advance just to book the dates, and some start as low as $5 (I'm thinking of a bunch from KRAVE entertainment)
I scored tix for a rave for only $10 each for JamX (Dumonde) for some ghetto rave in Nov. last year by buying months in advance. The only downfall is, for the smaller, shadier raves, they often OVER the pre-sale people when theyre close to max capacity. They let people with cash cut in advance and get in while they slowly, slowly, slowly trickle in pre-sales. It's even worse when the event gets shut down early or they reduce capacity because some kid OD's and they have to move the party all indoors so many of the pre-sales never get in the first place.
I've been to two smaller, ghetto, (non-massive) raves where this happened.
TLDR version:
Want cheap tickets? Buy early.
If you buy pre-sale for a ghetto rave, be there EARLY or you may get ed or just pay extra for the physical copy to be mailed to you.

Or most people around here aren't really interested in all ages raves. If Aly and Fila had been playing at a club in LA instead of a rave, it would have gotten a lot more interest and we and others wouldn't have bothered to fly to SF instead.
If this event was 21+ or even 18+ and at a club, I would be all over it. But all ages and the Shrine, meh |
