ok so heres the deal
a screen for telephones and such except the screen can be adaptive in 3d to show braille. that way blind people can use phones by reading the screen with their fingers. it'll be a matrix of braille "pixels" you can display a huge variety of text much like color pixels.
edit: profitability and a real market for this product has not been considered at all |

Imagine this except smaller and more dpi. with little braille points coming in or out of the holes

Besides, blind people can still hear and speak. |

This would be pointless and unusable by blind people. a screen, while it may be able to make virtual 3d, is not tangible. |
