I haven't been to alot of shows with big timers such as Tiesto, Oakey, PVD etc...but the one I went to was pretty ing cool...just what I expected it to be... load of people screaming and going crazy when anthems drops..
Just curious...what was your best experience? I live everyday to see PvD @ Gatecrasher someday...someday...

PvD 6 hour set @ Gatecrasher is hard for to beat :D
THE_Chris
Never had one. :(

No good clubs near me (Cheese-houses Id call them) and no good DJ's ever come anywhere near, so I have to go without decent clubbing. It sucks.

have to disagree.. the last 6 hour set he played was boring. granted all the tunes on their own would have been good tunes, but it went nowhere... fast. if a DJ is gunna do a 6 hour set then he/she should vary the music a bit so that the crowd doesnt get stuck in a rut.

its such a hard question to ask.. the best set ive ever witnessed... there are two or three that stand out above the rest:

- Tiesto @ Gatecrasher SSS 2001.. O......M......G....

- Joy Kitikonti @ Gatecrasher last month... he tore the place to peices and it was one of my favorite sets ever :D

- Mauro Picotto @ GCNEC Oct 2001.. everyone went ballistic, then picotto came down and went ballistic to scott bond with us!

there are many more that could go down here... but there isnt room in this thread for them all!

Paul van Dyk - HOME nightclub sydney

reason why: first time seeing pvd and first time at a maljor club, great tracks! so overwhelming, best night of my life!!!

Have yet to go to an event, would like to see Gielen spin somewhere... Anyways, my best one was a simple party where Idan Gutman spun @ The Kaza club over here... a set of about 100 mins. and I didn't stop for a sec (For your interest, ussually no DJ here is decent enough to keep me straigh for more than 2 or 3 tracks...)... He dropped bangers (some of em the first time I heard) like:

Cosmic Gate- Back to Earth
Cosmic Gate- Back to Earth (S.H.O.K.K. remix)
Cosmic Gate- Hardcore

*List Pause*
He didn't drop these 3 one after the other but he did it in this order... Kinda hated him for that but the rest of the set banged a lot.
*List continue*

Silverblue - Step Back (Blue Sky mix)
Brooklyn Bounce - Club Bizzare (Scot Project)

Ratty - Living on Video (Ratty mix) >>> Top of the evening for me!!!!!!
and as I said, the rest rocked too :D
