My gf moved with me here to San Antonio, which is mostly Mexicans. Most of these women are overweight, if not all.
She has never had a problem finding a job until she moved here.
Strike 1 she is not Mexican, strike 2 she is 105lbs. Women are catty, and if they feel as though another woman may be a threat or they are jealous of her she will not get hired. They also see to only hire their race.
Hopefully her next interview will be done by a man. |

| This happens all the time. Besides, in many cities, whites are becoming minorities. I have a friend who worked in a major bank as a collector and he told me that about 75% of employees were black/hispanic. When applying for jobs, I never state my race/sex. |
