good point but let me throw this to you.
you can get about a million legit hotmail addresses of people. acutally if you google around hard enough you can get these lists for free, basically just endless supply of email addresses.
if you know some basic social engineering techniques (another good topic to read about for sure too you guys should read about this, id recommend the book art of deception by kevin mitnk - good starting point) or if your witty about things you can get people to do just the minimum or even sign up.
granted that of those million most will see throu it but thers always that one that you get to do something.
and yes this would be not very "honest" as you call it but email is not the only source of leads. there is SO many other ways.
like all the different combination of you can do mixing and matching stuff is where all the critial thinking and knowing how this all works and stuff you start to see loopholes and patterns.
this is what fascinates me the most is just learning all this crap.
i also dont think this is a legit way to live, your not going to get anywhere in life just by being a digital gangster making a living of hustling the www (hell some do) but i dont see it that way, id rather have an honest living but then for fun doing this stuff on the side? sure that sounds fine to me.
i have a program right now running collecting me facebook id's / myspace ids so that if i ever wanted to get leads thru them, i could. auto frend request and blaster.
also im just saying this to sorta open you guys eyes and get you interested in , not bragging. i just found all of this stuff fascinating and this is only a days worth of learning and there's months of stuff to learn. |

anyways i just thought id throw all this out there, i read some of my posts and it reads like im trying to conscript you guys to do . im not im just sayin that ive learned and read and just speakin my mind is all.
in closing, if your bored at work sometimes, rather then posting ing useless garbage here in the "c0r" i have provided some alternate reading materials.
but seriously, do check out that art of deception book. i haven't read it yet but im going to pick it up tomorrow its supposed to be really good. a lot of the stuff in there you can apply to yourself in real life and a lot of real world situations.
anyway im gone for the week, and going to bed now. gnight ladies and gents. |
