I find trance the easiest to fall asleep to. Especially prog trance. |

Lately when i'm tired but can't seem to relax properly i put on:
Biosphere - Substrata
or
Steve Roach - New Life Dreaming
Calm, "breathing" ambient that comes and goes in waves. After about 45 minutes i start falling asleep, which is great because it gives me enough time to actually experience most of the album, rather than falling asleep after 5 minutes. |
