| I liked quite a few tracks, in particular the Stel and Jimmy Van M tracks as well as the last tune. The only one i'm not that into is the second one, that's just me though. You editored them all? |

yeah - i know what you mean - just tryna find a bit of accessability with the demo - for different environments - im always to paranoid ill end up going to deep and itll get boring for the average listner ( you can thank albert mangler for that ;P);)

man. you are the artist. first and foremost put yourself into the music. there was a clique **** who told, dare i say try to lecture me once "i dont dj for me, i dj for themmmmm". what a load of toss.. you're putting your thought into a mix which means you're taking an artistic approach. im sure da vinci didnt ask other ****s what they thought while he was painting the mona lisa. the only time i think an artist should compromise their own thought for others is when they are noobs and need some great feedback to improve themselves. and you arent a noob are you jules?

and i totally agree. also, for what its worth jules, even the cheese-lovers like myself find something of yours to enjoy on every mix (no small feat btw). i think you have an excellent taste in music.
i only ever DJ'd for myself, but maybe that's why im not getting gigs anymore? :toothless :( |

smashing, jules - i'm really enjoying this. as much fun as ferry is, i reckon this is trance. hypnotic melodies and dance-floor groove.
