Hi guys.
Im fairly new into producing and was wanting to know if any of you experienced trance producers add much swing to the percussion elements in your tracks? I use cubase sx3 and i can change the swing levels in the quantize setup quite easily. Im aware that in logic there is also the option to set the tracks to a swing of say 16c for example. Is it common in trance to add swing to give the percussion a more human feel or does trance stay strictly quantized? Thanks. |
