I am just wondering if anyone has ordered any of the equipment from any of these sites? I am dealing with PSSL.com right now, they are being real pain in the ass right now. I am unable to reach them by phone cause the only give you a 1-800 # which I am unable to reach cause I am outside the area of the dialing. Or some like that at least that's what "Bell" told me.
Plus they take ages to reply to my emails, I ordered a catalog from them 2 months back still waiting for it in the mail!

I am just geting really sick of their ? What have your experince been like ordering from online stores? What are some good places to order the equipment for? Oh and none of that HTFR or JUNO stuff. I need North American websites. I don't want to order overseas!

Not many good stores will shipping internationally into Canada. Since you live in Toronto, I suggest driving to Buffalo, NY and goto the Guitar Center there. Their pro-audio section is pretty good. Make sure you bring your credit card so there's no currency exchange problems.

Hey trancearmada, I've found that buying from the states, you get ripped off huge. Here's two sites that I've found in Canada that have good customer service:
www.axemusic.com
www.musicstop.com

Axemusic is based in Alberta and they have a 110% pricematch (meaning they'll pricematch and take off 10% of the difference). Musicstop are based in the eastern provinces, their prices are ok.

You'll have to e-mail both stores for prices though. Good luck man!

Ive shopped at both Pro Sound & DJ Mart and they are  as hell

Oh and btw, if you're trying to get Axemusic to pricematch, the store has to be a licensed dealer for the brand of the product you want. They are strict with their rules but 110% pricematch is great.

why is this so frustrating if one website has something I am looking for than another does not have something else I am looking for! KKKKKKKKKK:whip: :whip: :whip:

I have always ordered my gear from PSSL and they have always been great, the only problem I ever had was a defective mixer, which they replaced with no hassles that they didn't fix. Like the phone is the best way to get through to them, so if you cant that sux but they definately are a great store.

..man that sucks for you.. to tell you the truth, i live about a little less than an hour away from pssl, and i just got this post card in the mail from them, their gonna have this "semi-annual" inventory blow-out sale, it starts next week, june 17-22 I believe and then online it will be from the 23rd-??, all i know is that since i live locally, i have first pick at whatever they got because they're having the sale at the store the week before they have it online... bah, sounds like ordering from the US sucks if your in Canada.
