Actually she put naked pictures of an underage child (herself) on the internet that could be used as whackoff material by predators. I don't think it's hard to hack into someone's Myspace account?
So I can see the justification of charging her with child pornography. Also I hope this teaches a lesson to other kids not to post naked pics on the internet. Imagine if you found out your son or daughter had nudey pics on Myspace? |

Honestly. Come on. I'm sure she's just daddy's little girl who thought it'd be a neat idea to post naked pics of herself on myspace. Have you been around 14 year olds recently? You don't do that kind of thing to send off a good girl vibe about you. For a father, you're really naive about this (then again, maybe it's because you have a kid that you think that way). |

honestly though like isnt it punishment enough to know that 6 billion people (or whatever the worlds pop. is) have access to nude photos of you
child pornography is somethign you go to jail for. you think some 14 year old girl who was tryign to impress a guy and now has personal nude photos on the internet should go to jail..? doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me.
Its a victimless crime... and if there is a victim is the girl herself, so why should we punish her for punishing herself?
and BTW, someone 'whacking off' to the picture isnt gonna hurt anybody... its not like every time some dude jerks it to her pictures shes gonna feel some sort of harm lol |

If you were someone who know her I think it would be incredibly disturbing to know that there is a high chance of older men whacking off to a naked picture she put online. Would you want that to be your daughter, sister, cousin?
I can't see her getting jail time but at least it will send a message for kids not to post naked pictures of themselves on the internet. |

Obviously no one wants this to happen to them or anyone they know... or anyone in general for that matter...
but once the photo has hit the internet and is public the damage has basically been done.... does it really make a difference if 10 or 10,000 guys jerk off to it?
The fact that you have a nude picture of yourself available to the public that you can never erase is the bad part. |

To tell you the truth I'm not sure how I'd react when my daughter finally reaches 14 and does something intensely questionable. It's definitely one thing to write, but when it becomes "in your face", well that's a whole new ball game!I don't think any parent is truly ready when hits the fan. |
