That doesn't sound too great lol. I am finally starting to feel better! I went to go get some fresh chicken soup today and ate some good lunch. The 5htp helps alot also along with good multi-vitamins! :happy2: |

I just feel ty altogether. I am taking fish oil pills, multi-vitamins, 5htp, airborne, and drinking chicken soup! That is helping alot lol. In the end I ask myself was it worth it to feel like this and I said HELL YES! :tongue3 |
My advice: Take Emergen-C, tons of vitamins, & 5-htp DURING your entire trip. My g/f and I went through over a box of Emergen-C mixed with well over 20 pitchers of Kool-Aid.
It will not help the post depression blues but it does help keep your body healthy.
I can't count the number of breakdowns we had on the plane...:( |

It also sucks I didn't get to meet the TA's I wanted to meet like

those guys were my roomates! LOL....i asked them at anjuna...but it was pretty packed |

That constant wind made me feel like that rooftop was connected to a vacuum, seemed like everything was in full tilt. I liked the affect. |
