Thanks so much to all who came to Cielo last Thursday for the Dance.Here.Now event!
I will be playing one more event in NYC until the Summer, this time at Sullivan Room :)

We will also be celebrating the 30th B-Day of Propaganda NYC's Alex Karlanian and the newest member of United Sound - Astranger.

For aspiring DJs, there are few stories as inspiring as that of Jason Jollins. One of New York’s true homegrown success stories, Jason has worked his way up from being a “local” DJ to become a much in-demand international headliner. Here at home he routinely plays some of New York’s biggest rooms. And on Saturday, April 11th, he’ll be headlining Sullivan Room in his Basic NYC debut, for what promises to be a great night of New York-focused talent.
Jason has been a driving force behind New York’s progressive house scene since the late 90s, steadily building a reputation for cutting-edge dancefloor selections weaved together with precision mixing. He’s known for his diversity and flexibility behind the decks, a trait that’s landed him opening gigs for some of the biggest names in the business. Through his work with Made Events, he’s played alongside DJs like Ferry Corsten, Paul Van Dyk, Above and Beyond and Gabriel and Dresden. But as a headliner he really gets to show his full range, regularly playing extended sets for packed rooms, with recent sets at Cielo, Pacha and Webster Hall showcasing his abilities.
Outside of New York, Jason has a jam-packed international touring schedule. Regularly playing in locales from Argentina to Eastern Europe, Mexico to Panama, Jason has earned himself a loyal following at some of the world’s finest clubs. His music is a style he’s dubbed “tech-prog”, a skillful blending of progressive house with techno and tech-house elements. Masterfully building up energy on the dancefloor, taking it down a notch and then taking the room into overdrive, his sets always leave a crowd desperate for more.
For his Basic NYC debut, Jason will be joined by Alex Karalanian from Propaganda NYC, who is celebrating his 30th birthday on the night. The warmup comes from United Sound’s Astranger, while Basic NYC’s Sleepy & Boo close out the night following Jason.
