Well the economic time is ty so I've had the pleasure of being laid off. I was the youngest person in the company so I got the boot :( regardless of the fact I was working 60 hours weeks and the customer liked me and was pretty pissed of I was leaving.

well anyhow...

Since the girlfriend is in Toronto I am looking to make the jump and go up there myself.

So anyone here can recommend and Recruiting companies or Recruiters that deal with Engineering Job Seekers?

Thanks so much :D

I am in the same boat (kinda)..graduating from Elec. Eng this spring and there aren't too many postings out there. Sucks that companies are in hiring freeze.

Well if you have graduated within the last year or two, maybe you could check with your college/uni's career centre? I know for a fact that U of T graduates have access to their resources till up to 2 years after you're done school.

But yeah, even the career centres have less postings this year. I'm graduating from Chem this term and I haven't found anything yet. I did have an interview yesterday though...if I get it, its a choice between Buffalo and Toronto for me.

I'd also recommend this site: www.simplyhired.ca
its a pretty neat search engine that gives you results from workopolis, monster, careerbuilder, etc.

ATS RELIANCE RECRUITING.
I used to work for them a few years back, in fact I got a couple of my friends jobs a couple years ago and they're still happy with the firms.
PM me if u need a contact name/ number.
