See. China should a thing or two from the united states about "population control"m. Throw in some bad news, a recession, an overabundance of unemployed workers, and lax gun policies, and the population will control itself. :).
If you put a black president in the leader seat in china, it helps speed up the process. Hah.

| I for one support mandatory military service for all able bodied citizens. However I don't see what that has to with community service. |

Well look world war 1 and 2 ok I can say mandatory would be ok because they where literally fighting for freedom. Why the hell would anyone wanna be in the military now? To go and harass some people in the desert? So pointless IMO |
