On offer:
Private bedroom, bathroom and living room (massive basement space) with shared kitchen and laundry in a beautiful (if I do say so myself) house at Queen and Pape.
I will post pics later.
Steps to Queen streetcar which is 10-15 mins to Yonge Street (4km).
The damage? $800 per month on a month to month basis with cable tv, internet and home phone included.
I just thought I would post here and see if there was any interest first, before I open it up to complete randoms.

| A friend of mine is looking to find something asap. He's in a basement now though so I dunno if he'll want to again (too much noise from the neighbours upstairs right now). Will def. forward this to him though. |

| I so wish that I didn't work in Thornhill. This would be perfect considering I am looking for a bigger place. We already talked about this, I just wish it could happen :( |

So Josie is moving out at the end of Feb... this means the lovely apartment above is up for grabs from March 1st.
Short or long term lease is fine, I'm not fussed. I have posted on Craigslist but thought I would post here also :)
