I'd just like to know if there is anyone who has recently been to or lives in Hong Kong?? My cousin says that headphone prices are very low due to no sales tax and some other issues... And that is real headphones such as SOny, Technics, etc. Though he isntso sure about DJ headphones... :(
My sis is going there in less than a week and i just need to know how much prices are for various DJ headphones available there and where are good places to purchase them from.
All and any help is appreciated!!! :D :D |

they are for my brother who doesnt really care much about sound quality.. just looks.. so no need to recommend Senhheisers of the V6.. :(
So its really the MDR-V700's or the RP-1210/RP-1200 he will want..! :D |

| I've just been to HK last month.. things are not much of a difference there really...true there isn't vat there but well... there isn't a big difference after all.. plus its not easy to find ... or to find people who can understand what you're saying. |

I have relatives and friends here from HK...
i am an asian in Australia... ! :)
Everything i see in HK is sooooooooo cheap compared to where i am and even in the US...
One example is Sony MD disks for US$$0.5 each!! They also have the latest stuff out (real & fake) for low prices!!
Anyone out there who can answer?? |

MiniDisc is cheaper because high demand .. in Asia Electronic like Personal Audio is packed in much better package compare to US and its much cheaper than US also
But for the headphones prices.. i think it wont difference alot coz i have compared some lower series of headphones .. but i think its still cheaper in Asia ...
Y don't u ask ur sister to call u if she can find the headphone.. compare the price if that doesnt different alot .. might as well u buy it in aussie .. coz if there is something wrong u still easier to exchange :toothless :toothless :toothless
