hey paul!
yea i didnt know about this show, i found this link?
http://eventful.com/boston/events/d...001-019756634-4
but there are no proper promotions about this!?!! wtf. thats so weird. boston is so annoying why cant they get their sh*t together. Obviously if they aren't promoting their stuff they shouldnt be expecting a good turnout. i wonder who is the promoter?
/end rant!!
anyways no i wont be going not on a Weds and not for Deadmau5 haha |

my sisters goes to paradise rock club, she likes it. shes your mainstream hip hop liking girl. (not edm at all, throws up at the thought of it)
So the promoters of this show probably dont know who deadmau5 is and are probably promoting it to their standard average joe crowd (i.e. mainstream clubbers and random ass people in boston) & not the edm crowd. well thats okay it wouldnt have made a huge difference i think. haha |

| ya, I had no idea about this until now. But, seriously, WTF!? Why is all the talent only getting booked on weeknights? We used to get normal friday or saturday night gigs, but it seems like all we get now is wed or thursday night gigs. It makes it hard for working folk like me to go see a dj and go to work the next day and function. |

i know it sucks i think the fans need to speak up and show the promoters we are actually HERE and that there is a scene for trance in boston.. i.e. kingsize has a forum to do this.. (even tho they book weeknights but we could ask them not too)
still sucks tho haha |

Kingsize books on weeknights because there is a smaller booking fee for a dj than booking them on a weekend. If they are booking djs on weekdays and still filling the place and making $ then why stop doing that?? |

ooh right. i thought they did weeknights because clubs like the roxy already have their designated latin saturdays, etc etc. But yea true.. I mean Armin & Ferry was packed, although they were both no where near filled to capacity by a long shot. I wonder how their Underbar nights do... When i picked up my willcall ticket at Armin they actually gave me a free ticket to see DJ Dan the next Thursday.. interesting. |

| just a little heads up...try not to get your tickets through live nation. I know i paid about a service fee of about 12 dollars a ticket for prodigy in NY. Im not sure if the service fee is the same for every event on live nation but i figured i'd through my 2cents in. :) |
