im guessing you guys will be ordering from john.
if you are gonna get coals from him, make sure you get the Chronic Hookah coals. they are amazing and he has a 3-pack deal. not sure if you want the instant lights or the naturals but i keep both available here at home.

instant light coals means you can light the coal with a lighter. hold the flame to it for about 10 seconds and the coal will start sparking (and usually smells pretty bad so you gotta do it outside). after about 30-60 seconds of sparking, the coal is red hot and ready to use.
natural coals (what we use for puff puff blow) requires a constant heat source like a stove (coil element, not glass top) but are the best to use because there are no added chemicals for starting the coal.
if you have a coil element stove (or are willing to buy a portable one like i have for about $10-15 at walmart) then i would recommend buying naturals. |
