Ah, usually me and a few buddies split a room. Totally worth getting that few hours of sleep. We usually take the bus up to nyc.

Tell you what, if you really want to goto Love the 25th, meet me up at a Philly party. I think because my buddy who always books the room has a starwood card gets special treatment (aka 5pm checkouts), but it wouldn't be the first time we let a group of people crash at the room for a few hours. Just help him with the room, and he's more then happy if he likes you. We did it for New Years for Tiesto. Up to you, haha. I think he's coming out the 25th anyways. Usually I can only get him to come out for events like Armin/PVD/Tiesto, but pretty sure I got him this time to. Just PM if you want, so we stop clogging up the board =P As long as you seem like a pretty cool person, we usually don't have a problem. We leave all the money at home anyways, so you could steal everything in the room. Well, actually, don't. The hotel will charge him, haha. But even 3pm check out is great. You get your 4-5hours of sleep. Shower, and go back into the city for a few more hours, and go home. Totally worth it, safer, and makes the experience more enjoyable. And it makes NYC more possible. If it wasn't for late checkouts, I'd probably skip out on most events.

Like I said, just shoot me a PM! =)

thats a lot better than waiting for the path to come whenever it feels like it at 33rd st, going to jc or hoboken and then driving back to central jersey. nj transit all the way lol.

So I gave Philly a shot last night, haha. Saw Oscar G at Lounge 125. I see philly has kinda gotten worse, eh? Oscar G was good, but the crowd/vibe....I don't know. It made me wish I was in NYC. So I think I'm going go up to NYC tonight for Kyau/Albert, because now I want to dance and Philly did not even come close, haha.

but i dont think there is a WHOLE lot left in philly worth frequenting these days.

although every now and then you can catch tyas, colontonio, and a few others.... the only decent philly events always get posted in this forum, so dont worry.

also, josh wink still throws Last Wednesdays at Fluid.

This simply is not true. This reply only holds truth for someone looking for "big name" international talent coming to Philadelphia. Otherwise, the Philadelphia house/techno scene is doing just fine.

I recommend bookmarking the following link... http://www.rizumu.us/

These guys have thrown some of the better Philadelphia techno parties I have been to.
