How Many Languages Do You Speak? (pg. 3)

Czech (native)
English
German (I've studied the langauge for more than 10 years but now I feel like I would have a problem forming coherent sentence)
Wanted to learn Spanish on my own, still stuck at Lesson 1.
Also know some weird Finnish words (phrases), though I probably couldn't spell them right. |

For fun yes, but I'm also very interested in Japan and all the stuff that comes with it. I've been interested in visiting that country for a long while now and it'd be good to know the language (to some degree at least) too.
It's just general interest for me I guess :) If I wasn't so interested in it, I can bet I would've already quit studying it. I'm not sure where that comes from though. |

Well, I don't think that the PROCESS is fun, but I'd like to be able to open up the doors that knowing another language does.
I don't have a particular end-result motive, other than "hey, think of all the Japanese technology I could learn about by reading websites in Japanese" or "it would be fun to converse with my Spanish-speaking friends", and so on. |

This was what initially got me interested. I don't know if it's ever going to happen now, though. (I'd love to just live there for a year or something.) |

| Fluent in French, English and Nerd. I can understand spanish and italian, but cant speak it (i can however say some choice insults in those languages) |
