this isn't a new change of sound really, 'six feet above yesterday' had plenty of tracks that had this sound.
i quite like this, the pet shop boys influence is huge. |

This one's a bit more disco-pop and easy-listening than anything on the last album; a bit watered down. I won't write it off yet but my excitement has dwindled after the reveal of the first two tunes.
EDIT: Ok, it was the sxsw link I was commenting on. The one on Myspace (correctly titled as "So Soon") does remind me more of the last album...the best of the new material yet. |
