You guys may know about this but theres no harm in mentioning it again. I got an email saying that theres a virus going around as an e-mail named " NEW PICTURES OF FAMILY", do not open this, delete it straight away, it will erase c drive if opened.
Also Intel have announced a very destructive email named "FAMILY PICTURES" delete it straight away. It removes all dynamic link libraries (.dll files), and ur computer won't be able to boot up.Keep your eyes open and tell everyone u know.

| well i know there are other things going on besides that. i have had other problems with the comp, but i know enough about computers to be able to fix them. its little things that i can live with, no big problems like disappearing files or anything. |

Yeah, Windows sux.
I got a notification of a new virus too. It has the title "A virtual greeting card for you" (which is a nasty way of spreading a virus) and after you open the attachement, it destroys sector zero from your hard disc. For those of you who don't know much about computers: Sector zero is the place where all the vital information is stored. When it's destroyed it's most likely that you can get yerself a new computer and toss the old one out of the window. Beware... |
